Metagenome-assembled genomes from Antarctic bacterioplankton (Weddell Sea)

Abstract. This datasets contains 130 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) extracted from 5 metagenomic sequencing data sets from bacterioplankton in the Weddell Sea collected during Polarstern expeditions PS111 and PS117 between 10 and 18 February 2018 and on 24 January 2019, respectively. Files are provided for the genome sequence, predicted proteins and their annotation.
